Haystack Privacy Policy

1. Data Haystack Collects

Haystack may store Discord user IDs, Discord server IDs, simulated paper trading balances, paper portfolio positions, paper trade history, and command inputs needed to run bot features.

2. Data Haystack Does Not Collect

Haystack does not collect broker account credentials, payment information, real trading credentials, withdrawal information, or financial account login details. Haystack does not place real trades.

3. How Data Is Used

Stored data is used only to provide Haystack features such as balances, paper portfolios, paper trades, trade history, quotes, and leaderboards.

4. Slash Command Inputs

Haystack processes slash command inputs such as ticker symbols, share amounts, optional paper trade prices, and command options in order to respond to user commands.

5. Data Storage

Haystack data is stored on the bot operator's server. Access is limited to operating, maintaining, debugging, and improving Haystack.

6. Data Sharing

Haystack does not sell user data. Haystack may use third-party market data services to retrieve quotes or market information.

7. Data Deletion

Users or server administrators may request deletion of stored Haystack paper trading data by contacting the Haystack operator through the Discord server where Haystack is installed.

8. Security

Reasonable efforts are made to protect Haystack data, but no system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Haystack after changes are posted means users accept the updated policy.
